What is your cut of time for ordering?

All orders for next day delivery need to be in by 3pm. If requiring to place an order past this time please call us directly.

Do you accept late orders after the cut off or on the day of the catering?

Yes, we are very happy to assist with same day orders. Please ensure that all same day orders are placed by phone so that we can confirm your order with you quickly to get it underway. We will always do our very best to organise and deliver as much of the requested that is possible, otherwise suggesting great alternative options.

What are your business hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. But we cater 7 days a week across Melbourne and Brisbane. Online orders can be placed 7 dates a week, 24hours a day.

What suburbs do you cater to?

All of Melbourne, and Brisbane CBD as well as the outer suburbs (delivery outside of a 5km radius may incur a delivery fee, based on the KM distance). If unsure, please call or email us for more info.

What is the minimum number of people you cater for?

We do not have a minimum guest number, however a minimum order of $60 applies for free delivery within 5km of the CBD. Delivery outside of a 5km radius may incur a delivery fee, based on the KM distance.

Can you cater for external venues?

Yes. If you have arranged a venue, we can take care of all your catering needs and prepare food either offsite or onsite.

Can Ecco Hospitality provide staff for my event?

Yes. All our staff are fully insured and covered by workers compensation, as well as being RSA and trained in safe food handling practices.

I don’t require a chef or service staff, just food. Can you do that?

Yes, with both drop and go and corporate plated service available we are happy to deliver the food and leave you to serve it. Returning to collect platters if necessary, at a time convenient to you.

Can I change items on the menu or make special requests?

Yes. We are happy to alter existing menus to meet requirements, otherwise we can offer a bespoke menu service tailored around your event and budget requirements.

How do I place my order?

You can place your order online, or you can talk to one of our experienced Catering Consultants to ensure that you are ordering appropriate quantities.

How can I change my order?

You can change your order online, using your login to our online ordering system. Alternatively, you can email us or call us directly with your order number, and we can make the change for you.

How do I know if you have received my catering order and if it will be delivered on time?

Once an order has been placed online, via email or by phone you will receive an email order confirmation specifying the date of your event, the time of your delivery, location and the items you have ordered. We will also send out order reminders 24hurs prior to scheduled delivery. If ever unsure please email or call us directly

What are the delivery parameters?

Catering & Events by Ecco Hospitality strive to deliver your order by the specified time, every time.

Cold orders may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Hot orders will arrive up to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Who can offer me advice on portion size, menu choices and pricing?

Will my order automatically contain a vegetarian option?

Absolutely! We provide a 30% vegetarian component across every order possible, unless otherwise stated.

Do you cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free &/or dairy-free?

Yes. We cater for any and all dietary requirements and offer special Vegan and Gluten Free menu options. Just let us know what your dietary requirements are when you order and we’ll make sure they are accommodated.

How will my order arrive? Do I need to arrange platters to serve the food?

No. We offer a disposable and recyclable Drop & Go delivery service as well as a Corporate Plated delivery Service, both options come with the food ready to serve immediately.

Does Service equipment come with regular catering orders?

A Bio / Disposable range of what is required to consume your catering; including items such as plates, glassware, cups, cutlery and serviettes will be provided complimentary. If you require crockery, cutlery or disposables please refer to the Equipment section of this website or talk to our Bookings consultants.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We require 24 hour notice on cancellations. If you cancel on the day of your catering, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. If the food is already prepared you may be charged full price or a share of the price
