Chef prepared food

All food is carefully prepared on the day, by our experienced Chefs, in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchens in North Melbourne and Brisbane.

Fresh, local produce

Carefully selected, locally sourced, seasonal produce is used to create delicious and interesting food for your event.

Sustainability & environment

Wherever possible we select sustainably produced, recyclable products made from plant based materials – from our packaging and serve-ware, to our tea bags and cutlery.

Community

We donate our surplus food to local shelters and soup kitchens and students, when possible. We strive to support and source our produce from local suppliers and small businesses and where possible employ students from the universities we service.
